Even as a nutrition expert, I got sucked into diet culture & many of the toxic parts of it.

No matter what my weight was or how my clothes fit, I worried about how I looked 24/7 and was so afraid of not being liked. I cared SO MUCH about my appearance, and tried so many crazy things just to get my body to look a certain way. I was convinced that it would solve my problems.
